DURATION
The PADI Open Water Diver course takes place over three days with a private instructor.
Theoretical knowledge, basic skills four dives in an underwater environment will lead to
becoming a certified diver.
PREREQUISITES
Open Water certification candidates must be at least 10 years old.
Capable of swimming 200 meters (or 300 meters with snorkeling equipment).
Statement or medical certificate of less than 1 year.
FISRT DAY
We like to organize this day as a discover so you build confidence , estimate your ability, without too much skills for the first day.
SECOND DAY
The richest day of learning where we will go to an open Cenote to do practicals exercises … take advantage of the natural pools of the region.
THIRD DAY
Two dives at either the Akumal or Playa del Carmen reef.
Or on Cozumel’s reef if you wish and if your aptitude allows it.
CERTIFICATION
We will proceed in a PADI online certification with temporary card allowing you to dive in
Cenotes from next day forward. You will receive your permanent card at home within two months.
