COZUMELIn 1961, Jacques-Yves Cousteau discovered the beauty of the seabed on Cozumel. Today diving in Cozumel’s marine park is among the most beautiful diving in the world thanks to the visibility, the beautiful drop offs and its colorful coral. Together with an impressive variety of fauna (rays, sharks, turtles, etc ...) this seabed is a must dive!
We take the 8am ferry, which takes 45minutes to arrive at Cozumel’s marine park. We spend the day on the boat. Enjoy lunch on board in between two dives. Return trip arrives in Playa del Carmen between 3pm and 5pm, depending on the chosen sites.
The fabulous Palancar Reef is divided into 5 dive sites where you will find beautiful coral formations. Span> p>
Accessible to the novice Scuba Diver, it offers many shallow areas. Yet, also spectacular for the most experienced Divers along its deeper water drop off. p>
THE GREAT SOUTH
Punta Sur, Devil’s Throat or Maracaibo: the sites on the extreme south of the island where you can have beautiful encounters.
The above sites are for experienced divers only because of their currents and depth.
PASO DEL CEDRAL
Just north of Palancar this site is the best for nurse sharks encounter with sometimes very strong currents.
Coral formations so deeply formed that we call part of it: The Cathedral.
One of our favorite sites.
